nbajje Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

nbajje ("Platform", "we", "us") is an organization providing online gaming and betting services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between nbajje and the user. These Terms apply to the nbajje website, mobile version, and all associated services.

All services provided on nbajje are operated for the entertainment of players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using the platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any confusion arises in any translation or interpretation, the English version shall be considered final. nbajje reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time.

• These Terms should be read together with the nbajje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the nbajje authority shall be considered final.
• In the event these Terms are translated into any other language, the English version shall take precedence.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account on nbajje, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration and gaming on nbajje by minors is strictly prohibited. If a user is not of the required age, the account will be closed at any time and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicion, nbajje may investigate any account and take necessary action.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false or incorrect information is provided, nbajje has the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds. The personal information provided at registration may be used for identity verification.

2.4 Password Security

The user bears full responsibility for keeping their account login information confidential. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the nbajje support team must be notified immediately. nbajje never asks for passwords via email or chat.

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

nbajje reserves the right to verify the age and identity of users to ensure responsible gaming. If verification is required, the user may be asked to submit any one of the following documents:

• A clear copy of the National Identity Card (NID)
• A copy of the first page of the passport
• Birth registration certificate (where applicable)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

nbajje reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. All information related to verification is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except where legally required.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on nbajje is ৳300. The same minimum limit applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. At the time of deposit, the user must confirm that they are using their own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed during urgent identity verification or account review.

4.3 Payment Method Conditions

• Deposits and withdrawals are recommended to be made using the same payment method.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If there is a problem with any transaction, please contact the support team.
• nbajje complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently supported.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nbajje offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount to become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals from the bonus cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being closed.
• nbajje reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• Separate conditions may also apply to free bets or other promotional offers.

06 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on nbajje follow the specific rules of the applicable game. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. nbajje reserves the right to cancel any bet that has been made profitable due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

nbajje offers betting on various sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international cricket and football matches is conducted in accordance with applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet may be considered void where applicable.

6.3 Casino Games

nbajje offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games. All games are operated by reputable game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

6.4 Finality of Results

In the event of a technical issue or dispute, the decision of the nbajje authority shall be considered final. If game results are affected due to network disconnection, a decision will be made after verifying server-side logs.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nbajje. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using nbajje for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Operating in an organized manner to abuse bonuses
• Attempting to harm the platform through hacking, viruses, or other technical means
• Attempting to manipulate game results through cheating or fraudulent methods
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Harassing or engaging in offensive behavior toward staff

nbajje's fraud detection system is active at all times. If suspicious activity is detected, an investigation will begin immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by nbajje

nbajje may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of any clause of the Terms is found
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected
• If registration with false information is proven
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found

8.2 Account Closure by the User

The user may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email. All eligible balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus-related conditions will still apply. A Self-Exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

09 Responsible Gaming

nbajje believes that gaming is a means of entertainment only, not a source of income. We give responsible gaming the highest priority. We encourage all players to remain aware of their financial limits.

• If the connection is lost after placing a bet, the result will be determined according to the server-side record.
• nbajje reserves the right to correct any bonus or reward credited in an incorrect amount due to a technical error.

12 Amendments & Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account.

nbajje may add or discontinue any game, promotion, or service at any time without prior notice.

13 Limitation of Liability

nbajje makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, nbajje will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss suffered by a user due to internet connection issues
• Leakage of login credentials due to the user's own negligence
• Delays or losses caused by third-party payment providers
• Circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions
• Financial loss arising from the user's own decisions
